Welcome! I am so glad you entered my Blog.

I hope you will visit often. The goal of this blog is to inform you, the traveler, of sustainable resorts and destinations throughout the world. We’ll also explore SlowTravel, a recent travel trend that explores a more in-depth longer travel experience to one destination. Together we will become more aware and conscious of the exciting developments happening at luxury resorts and tour operators everywhere.

I will highlight the sustainable efforts each destination has embodied. Not all resorts and tour operators will follow the same guidelines. However, if an effort is shown towards a path to sustainability I will include them in this blog.

Now, I don't like to mention my age but, let's just say my backpacking days are over. When I travel I love going out and experiencing the culture, meeting new people, and learning about their history. But, after a long day of touring and hiking, I enjoy a good meal, a soft bed in a comfortable climate. With that being said you may not find many hostels or eco-tent camping on this site.

My name is Victoria and I have been in the travel industry for many years. Recently, I was a Team Leader for a travel management company. My career began as an editorial assistant for a national magazine. I worked in a family entertainment center and in the '90s was a marketing executive for the state tourist offices of Queensland and Northern Territory of Australia.

I was raised in the NY Metropolitan area where I reside with my family today.
